Suigintou Chibi from Rozen Maiden

Ahora es el turno para algunos personajes del anime Rozen Maiden. De antemano agradecemos el apoyo de mi amigo crab-man!

Rozen Maiden (ローゼンメイデン, Rōzen Meiden, Las Doncellas de Rozen) es una serie de manga y anime japonés lanzado en el 2004.
Suigintou (水銀燈 Suigintō, Su nombre significa: Lampara de Mercurio) es una de las siete muñecas de la colección Rozen Maiden y la primera en ser fabricada, fue creada por Rozen, un antiguo alquimista. Esta muñeca posee un pasado oscuro y misterioso, ya que es la unica de la colección que esta incompleta. Mantiene una rivalidad bastante acentuada con Shinku.

Rozen Maiden (ローゼンメイデン, Rōzen Meiden) is a manga's series and anime Japanese published in 2004.
Suigintou (水銀燈 Suigintō, Her name signifies: Lamp of Mercury) is one of the seven dolls of the collection from Rozen Maiden and the first in being manufactured, she went created for Rozen, an ancient alchemist. This doll has a dark and mysterious past, since she's the only from the collection that is incomplete. She maintains a very emphasized rivalry with Shinku.

Ahora quiero presentarles, un par de trabajos originales, de nuestro amigo Juan Alliu:
Primero, Dan del anime Bakugam, y también el mismo Dragonoid, quién es el Bakugam de Dan.

Now I want to present you, a couple of original jobs,from our friend Juan Alliu:
First, Dan from the anime Bakugam, and also the Dragonoid, who is Dan's Bakugam.

El siguiente modelo es Daxter quién es uno de los protagonistas de la saga de videojuegos Jak & Daxter (PSP). Es una especie de marsupial (nunca se aclara del todo qué clase de animal es). Quién acompaña a Jak (el auténtico protagonista), a todas partes montado en su hombro.

The next model is Daxter who is one of the main characters of the saga of video games Jack & Daxter (PSP). It's a sort of marsupial (never it clarify completely what kind of animal is). Who accompany Jack (the authentic main character), to everywhere mounted in his shoulder.

La estupenda peculiaridad de estos personajes, es que tienen movilidad, y pueden rotar brazos, torso y cabeza, para modificar la pose del modelo.
Es importante aclarar, que los modelos fueron concebidos en forma manual, sin usar modelos 3D y sin utilizar el Pepakura, para despliegue de plantillas. Las plantillas son creadas paso a paso, y haciendo pruebas. Este proceso es aún más largo, y generalmente lo usan muchos diseñadores japoneses.
Ambos modelos aún están en proceso de terminado, pero quiero mostrarles los avances.

The great peculiarity of these characters, is the fact that they have mobility, and they can rotate arms, torso and head, in order to modify the pose of the model.
It's important to clarify, that these models were conceived in manual way, with no using 3D models and without utilizing the Pepakura, to unfold templates. Templates are made step by step, and testing out. This process is still longer, and generally many Japanese designers use it.
Both models still are in process of finished, but I want to show you the advances.

The Gloomy Bear from Mori Chack

Ahora, gracias a nuestra estupenda amiga "Era" (su nick), y a su inspiración por crear nuevos personajes en Papercraft, les presentamos al Oso Gloomy.

Información del personaje;
Del comunicado de prensa Cube Works:

* Gloomy, es un oso pequeño abandonado, es rescatado por Pitty (el niño pequeño). Al principio, él es lindo y blando, pero se vuelve más salvaje a medida que él crece. Ya que los osos no se convierten en apegados a las personas como los perros por naturaleza, Gloomy ataca a Pitty aunque él es el dueño. Así Gloomy tiene sangre de morder y/o rasguñar a Pitty.*
Mori Chack es el nombre del artista de un diseñador gráfico japonés, quien nació en Sakai, Osaka, Japón (森チャック Mori Chakku, nacido en 23 de marzo, 1973). Él tiene fama por su línea de productos Chax, y especialmente el personaje Oso Gloomy, un oso alto de 2 mt, violento, rosado que se come a los humanos. El diseño es una antítesis para los productos excesivamente lindos producidos por Disney, Hello Kitty de Sanrio, y otras compañías. Mori Chack cree que los humanos y los animales son incompatibles, y un animal es salvaje por naturaleza. Ésto es expresado más pronunciadamente por el Oso Tenebroso, el cual es a menudo mostrado con manchas de sangre de humanos y que golpea. El oso tenebroso está también disponible en colores diferentes con diseños ligeramente diferentes.

With the more pure style of; The Happy Tree Friends, tender characters, but dangerous!!
The character's information;

*Gloomy, an abandoned little bear, is rescued by Pitty (the little boy). At first, he is cute and cuddly, but becomes more wild as he grows up. Since bears do not become attached to people like dogs by nature, Gloomy attacks Pitty even though he is the owner. So Gloomy has blood on him from biting and/or scratching Pitty.*
Mori Chack (森チャック Mori Chakku, born on March 23, 1973) is the artist name of a Japanese graphic designer, who was born in Sakai, Osaka, Japan. He is famous for his Chax product line, and especially the character Gloomy Bear, a 2m tall, violent, pink bear that eats humans. The design is an antithesis to the excessively cute products produced by Disney, Sanrio's Hello Kitty, and other companies. Mori Chack believes that humans and animals are incompatible, and an animal is wild by nature. This is expressed most pronouncedly by the Gloomy Bear, which is often shown blood stained and striking humans. Gloomy Bear is also available in different colors with slightly different designs.

Athrun Zala Chibi from Gundam Seed Destiny

¡Feliz año 2009!
Damos la bienvenida a este nuevo año, con algunos personajes simpáticos de las series; Gundam Seed y Gundam Seed Destiny. Estos personajes son la versión "Chibi" de estas series.
En primer lugar, el chibi Athrun Zala, quien es uno de los personajes de ficción, y es un Coordinador miembro del equipo de fuerzas especiales de ZAFT comandado por Rau Le Creuset al comienzo de Gundam SEED. Este equipo formado por jóvenes ases, han demostrado su pericia en batalla siendo investidos con el uniforme rojo, el cual los identifica como los más aventajados y meritorios combatientes dentro del ejército ZAFT. Athrun es el hijo de Patrick Zala, uno de los más altos cargos del Concilio Supremo de PLANT.
Su amistad con Kira Yamato repetidamente forma las tramas principales de la historia, tanto en Gundam Seed como en Gundam Seed Destiny.

Estos personajes les gustarán a los más pequeños, que se inician en este estupendo pasatiempo y como un regalo del día de los Reyes Magos.



Happy new year 2009!
We welcome this new year, with some nice characters of the serieses; Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny. These characters are the version Chibi of these serieses.
In first place, Athrun Zala chibi, he's a Coordinator, and a member of the Rau Le Creuset ZAFT special forces team at the beginning of Gundam SEED. He's the son of Patrick Zala, a member of the PLANT Supreme Council.
In Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny, his friendship with Kira Yamato forms one of the main themes of the story.

These characters are easy to do, for those who's start in this great hobby and as The Three Wise Men's gift. (Three Kings).
